Vinnaissance Wine Academy is a professional Canadian organization that provides comprehensive wine education for both learning and pleasure.
Wine education is offered at all levels for learners wanting to pursue an exciting career in the world of wine.

Ramesh is a passionate hospitality, tourism and wine educator. He has a Master's Degree in Hotel Administration from the prestigious Cornell-ESSEC Institute in Paris, France.
Ramesh's professional career in the global hospitality industry started with the renowned Oberoi Group of Hotels and Resorts. He then worked at the Four Seasons Inn on the Park in Toronto, and the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Ramesh's interest in professional education led him to a career in teaching hospitality and wine education with Humber Polytechnic (formerly Humber College) as professor and program coordinator.
His portfolio included the Diploma in Hospitality Management, the Graduate Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Operations Management and the Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
Ramesh’s Experience
Ramesh led the Wine Program at Humber College. He served on the LCBO Board of Directors from 2007 to 2015. He has also taught for various wine education providers.

- Developed the GTHA/Humber Hotel Management Leadership Program for mid-management hotel executives in Toronto.
- Designed the hotel management degree curriculum for UNIVOTEC, Sri Lanka through World University Service Canada (WUSC).
- Assessor and subject matter expert for the 2017 Dubai Government Excellence Program.
- Second place winner in the 2008 Wine Tasting Challenge in Toronto, ON.
